It is serious and authoritative and, when aerated in the glass, it opens up its fruity aromas (blackberry jam and black cherries). It offers warm spicy notes (clove) and noble woods (oak, cedar, incense).
   
On the palate it is silky, light, agile and tasty.
Consumption and conservation
  
It is the ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of meat and game recipes, grilled or roasted, as well as with roasted vegetables. It pairs especially well with roasted suckling lamb.
