Tasting notes
- Dark garnet color, intense and majestic.
- It is serious and authoritative and, when aerated in the glass, it opens up its fruity aromas (blackberry jam and black cherries). It offers warm spicy notes (clove) and noble woods (oak, cedar, incense).
- On the palate it is silky, light, agile and tasty.
Consumption and conservation
- It is the ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of meat and game recipes, grilled or roasted, as well as with roasted vegetables. It pairs especially well with roasted suckling lamb.

Manufacturer
Pago del Cielo, a winery owned by Familia Torres, is located in two privileged wine-growing regions: Ribera del Duero and Rueda. It combines tradition, a commitment to quality, and a passion for viticulture. In Ribera del Duero, the winery is situated in Fompedraza, 895 meters above sea level, at the highest point of the DO (Denomination of Origin). This privileged location boasts spectacular landscapes and an ideal climate for producing intensely aromatic red wines. In Rueda, the winery is located in Villafranca del Duero, in the westernmost part of the DO Rueda. This area is exceptionally beautiful and ideally situated for crafting white wines that showcase the most distinctive and authentic characteristics of the Verdejo grape variety.
