- Cherry red color with a high layer, its violet trim demonstrates its perfect state of youth.
- Varietal aromas of well-ripe Tinta Fina. Forest fruits that integrate perfectly with the fine and elegant roasted wines. In aeration, mineral notes typical of the high altitude and its limestone soils appear, making it even more complex.
- Its palate is broad, meaty and with a perfect acidity that gives it its unique freshness. Harmonious sweet and soft tannins that fill the palate with pleasant sensations.
- The typical fruity aromas of the variety are maintained in the retronasal.
- Iberian meats, grilled meats, lamb and roast suckling pig. Due to its quality, maturity and freshness, it pairs perfectly with fatty fish, such as salmon and turbot.

Its protagonists, the Basconcillos family, in love with the Ribera del Duero, wanted not only to make one of the best wines, but also decided to do it in a sustainable way, being very respectful of nature.
