Tasting notes
- At sight it is clean, garnet cherry color.
- On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, minerals, balsamic, which increase in intensity as the glass is moved.
- In the mouth it has good structure, with rounded tannins. Roasted and toasted appear; cocoa, spices (vanilla, cloves).
Consumption and conservation
- Recommended for roasts, meats with sauces, seasoned stews and game.
- We recommend decanting.
