- On the nose, it offers a good aromatic complexity, a result of the balance between youth and aging. Aromas of wild berries, licorice, spices, balsamic notes, and smoke entice you to taste the wine.
- On the palate, it is smooth, with tannins that lend it personality and elegance. The finish is fresh, with a complex, long aftertaste and fruity notes.
- We recommend pairing it with good company, red meats, stews, game, cheeses, or simply enjoying it on its own in a relaxed setting.
