Artisanal and live wines is the guarantee seal of the winery. Wines made with the minimum possible intervention in order to respect the place where the grapes were grown in a traditional, organic and sustainable way, without the use of pesticides, herbicides, systemic treatments or chemical fertilizers. All the wines are aged, understood as a guided maturation in which the wood does not necessarily have to intervene. Different materials such as concrete or baked clay are used and when wood is used it is always in large sizes and used barrels. The wines are never clarified or stabilized and are usually not filtered. If they ever leak, it is very soft and light.
