Ruby red color, medium robe, with tile edges, typical of the great classics of Rioja.
Very intense aroma, fresh, vibrant, with fine notes of candied fruit on a balsamic, spicy background; leather, coffee and mint chocolate.
Good structure, round and with elegantly polished sweet tannins during its long aging in barrels and bottles. Wide aftertaste that gives it a smooth and long-lasting finish.
Consumption and conservation
Meat and fish not too spicy. Chocolate desserts. Ideal as a drink after eating.
As it is a naturally produced product, it can form sediments.It should be served without stirring and kept in a place of permanent freshness, away from light.
