- On the palate it displays its black fruit, then the rich and well-molten tannins envelop it to offer us meaty and persistent flavors.
- Red meats, roasts, poultry, white meats, Serrano ham, charcuterie, cured and blue cheeses.
- It has density to gain qualities in the bottle over the years.
