- Color rojo granate de intensidad media alta. Brillante y en excelente estado.
- Elegante y compleja nariz. Aromas de fruta madura. Especiado y con hierbas aromáticas. La presencia de una selecta y cuidada barrica es marcada. Aparecen notas de especias dulces combinadas con torrefactos y cacao.
- En boca resulta largo, persistente y con volumen. Con presencia de acidez, para asegurar una buena longevidad, y un domado tanino.
- Perfecto acompañante de carnes rojas, quesos curados, barbacoas y carne de caza

At Bodegas Ramón Bilbao they adopt a philosophy focused on providing their wines with a personal expression of Rioja Alta, something that is done by revising classic ingredients such as Tempranillo and American wood.
The objective is to define a fresh and elegant style, producing wines with a greater fruit load, in which the grapes express all their character without hiding behind an excess of wood.
