In the visual phase, a bright straw yellow color is seen, with greenish reflections.
   
Elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone, which covers the range of white fruits and citrus.
   
Notes of fresh fruit appear again in the mouth. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a soft touch of final bitterness, characteristic of the Verdejo variety and supported by good acidity. It has a great structure that favors its persistence.
   
The retronasal is complex and intense.
Consumption and conservation
  
Indicated for appetizers and accompanying dishes based on fish, shellfish, pasta, rice and white meat. It pairs with types of smoked foods, soft cheeses and Serrano ham.
