- Straw color with greenish reflections, very bright, frank aroma, with fruit intensity. Floral background with citrus notes. On the palate, fresh, good structure, balanced and tasty acidity, with a fine bitterness and great persistence.

Bodegas Álvarez y Díez produces wines that are produced and bottled at source, from grapes grown in their own vineyards. They are known inside and outside of Spain for their elegance, fruity richness and balanced acidity.
The winery is equipped with the most advanced technology. They can "vinify" in white, over two million kilos. Fermenting in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature, below 17ºC. This makes it possible to obtain fresh, fruity, harmonious and elegant white wines.
