Tasting notes
- Pale greenish yellow in colour.
- Good aromatic intensity where we discover fruits such as mango, peach and grapefruit mixed with spicy and herbaceous notes.
- The entry into the mouth is enveloping, with an elegant mid-palate and a very balanced finish between the acidity and bitterness typical of the variety. The retronasal is long and fruity.
Consumption and conservation
- Perfect accompaniment to white meats, fish, seafood, pâtés and naturally as an aperitif.
