- Greenish-yellow of medium intensity. It is a clean wineand bright with the presence of tears.
- On the nose it presents high intensity with aromas ofcitrus and tropical fruits. Herbal notes of fennel and floral notes such as orange blossom appear.
- On the palate it is fresh with the presence of balanced acidity with an unctuous finish. In retronasal citrus and herbal appear again.
- Perfect as an aperitif and cold dishes such as creams, steamed vegetables, salads, creamy cheeses and white meats.

At Bodegas Ramón Bilbao they adopt a philosophy focused on providing their wines with a personal expression of Rioja Alta, something that is done by revising classic ingredients such as Tempranillo and American wood.
The objective is to define a fresh and elegant style, producing wines with a greater fruit load, in which the grapes express all their character without hiding behind an excess of wood.
