Tasting notes
- Purple color with a large layer, which denotes its youth.
- Aromas of fruits, jelly beans and blackberry jam stand out, very well nuanced with a touch of licorice, which gives it spicy character and complexity.
- Intense and powerful mouthfeel, with a very pleasant entry thanks to its sweet character.

Matsu is the essence of a sustainable viticulture project
The Matsu vineyards are in the D.O. Toro, they are high-quality vineyards between 80 and 100 years old, organically cultivated as traditionally as possible.
Tinta de Toro is obtained from these vineyards, a type of Tempranillo but with its own great personality, highlighting its fineness and aromatic potential. It is a grape that admits a long aging due to its low oxidative level.
