The result is a harmonious blend where the nobility of the Godello variety shines through, offering a fresh and varietal wine. With an excellent balance of alcohol and acidity, A Coroa 100% Godello is a long and enveloping wine.

Tasting notes
  
Medium-intensity straw yellow with greenish reflections in a thin layer. Clean and bright, with good fluidity and fine, regular, and well-defined tears.
   
Notes of aromatic herbs and spicy nuances give way to aromas of fresh citrus, ripe stone fruit, and light hints of tropical fruit. A subtle aniseed background, reminiscent of fennel, is present, along with a well-integrated vegetal component.
   
On the palate, it is a dry, fresh, and balanced wine with a well-integrated, moderate-to-medium acidity that provides liveliness without harshness. It has a smooth texture, medium body, and a long finish.
   
The finish is long, with a slight varietal bitterness that adds persistence and complexity. The retronasal aroma is clean and elegant, with a predominance of white floral notes.
Consumption and conservation

In the heart of Valdeorras, atop a natural promontory reminiscent of a crown, stands Adega A Coroa. A place where wine has been part of history since the 18th century, nestled among vineyards planted on the ruins of an ancient Roman hill fort.

Considered one of the oldest wineries in Galicia, the first winemaking project was born in 1750, driven by the love between an overseas general and a beautiful local woman, this land, and its wines.

In 2002, the winery began a new chapter with the union of Roberto Fernández García and the fourth generation of the López Vicente winemaking family. Thus, A Coroa was reborn, as a tribute to those who have cared for these vines for generations and as a commitment to their future.
