El Novio Perfecto 2025
This young white wine is made by vinifying both varieties separately, working to achieve a completely dry Muscat and halting the fermentation of the Viura with cold, in order to maintain a concentration of natural sugar and obtain a wine with less than 10% ABV. The result is a white wine that, while "legally sweet", is super fresh and very easy to drink.
