- Bright golden colour.
- On the nose, it is fine, characterised by aromas of vanilla and toast. We find aromas of fennel, mint, thyme and rosemary.
- On the palate, the attack is broad and very fatty.
- It pairs wonderfully with paella, fish, mixed or exotic salads.
