Bodegas Zárate

Zárate is the living expression of Galicia. Since the middle of the 20th century, Zárate has been a pioneer in the production of Albariño wines. Its initial objective is to remove it from household consumption and make its characteristics known, first in other parts of Spain and then in the world.

Ernesto Zárate is the founder of the Cambados Albariño Festival, and will receive this honor for three consecutive years.

Eulogio Pomares has been a winemaker since 2000. What followed was a new technology based on maximum respect for the environment and a completely natural vineyard care process.
