Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 at the initiative of a group of vine growers and wine producers from the O Salnés region, who decided to professionalize their production. This cooperative is called “Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana” and is currently made up of more than 430 members, being the most important cooperative by number of members of the D.O. Rías Baixas.
The winery has 220 hectares of its own vineyard spread over more than 2000 plots, characteristics of the Galician smallholding and located entirely in the sub-area of “Val do Salnés”.
