Tasting notes
- Clean and bright. Straw yellow with green and intense edges.
- Citrus aromas (lemon peel) and white fruits (green apple), and hints of stone fruit (white plum). Medium-high intensity.
- Fresh, with volume, sweet and fruity, where citrus fruits repeat and there is a hint of herbs.
- Elegant final bitterness.

Manufacturer
Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 at the initiative of a group of vine growers and wine producers from the O Salnés region, who decided to professionalize their production. This cooperative is called “Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana” and is currently made up of more than 430 members, being the most important cooperative by number of members of the D.O. Rías Baixas.
The winery has 220 hectares of its own vineyard spread over more than 2000 plots, characteristics of the Galician smallholding and located entirely in the sub-area of “Val do Salnés”.
