- A lemon and smoked aroma with roasted nuts. In the mouth it is pleasant with a rich smoothness and very round.

Bernard de Nonancourt created the Laurent-Perrier style: freshness, elegance and purity.
To do this, he revived and took over the traditional forms of champagne, but also launched new approaches both at a technical and assembly level. He created a range of unique wines with his own history and personality. Laurent-Perrier is now celebrated for his style and the consistency of his quality, cuvée after cuvée.
Blending is the art of champagne, it is the expertise of Laurent-Perrier and his Cellarmaster Michel Fauconnet. To vinify means to select the best juice from the press.
Vinification involves working with the three main varieties of Champagne, mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.
Oenology is striking the perfect balance between a base year and reserve wines to recreate the signature style of Laurent-Perrier each year.
