- New gold yellow color with golden-gray highlights. Clean and transparent, with a constant rosary formation.
- The nose offers sweet, green aromas reminiscent of the countryside, such as almonds, dried clay, and marsh flowers, along with fresh notes of mint and fennel, along with candied coca fruit, brioche, and yeast, over a subtle mineral aroma.
- The palate is lively, fresh, and fast-paced. Great structure and evolving notes of ripe summer fruit.
Torelló only produces long-aged sparkling wines (Corpinnat), white, rosé and red wines from the Penedès DO and extra virgin olive oil. Torelló's Corpinnat sparkling wines are aged between two and ten years.
