Manufacturer
Located in Rueda, Palacio de Bornos was born and began its elaborations in 1976, with a parallel history to that of the Denomination of Origin. The first years meant the establishment of the brand in Castilla y León, to then begin a rapid expansion at a national and international level.
Palacio de Bornos was the first to produce sparkling wine in Castilla y León in 1978. The objective has been to take advantage of the qualities of the Verdejo variety, starting from a monovarietal base wine that provides personality and differentiating character, applying the traditional production method, which allows obtaining a very high quality sparkling wine.
