Tasting notes
- Deeper on the palate with notes of chocolate fudge and manuka honey, along with dried fruit and nut.
- Caramelized apple and pear lead, balanced with a wonderful mix of sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather.
- The finish is warm and round with a sweet, cinnamon spice.
Manufacturer
Tomatin was born in 1897 in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, where the production of liqueurs began using the particularly soft water of the area and Scottish barley, then passed through copper stills until obtaining a soft and fruity liqueur that underwent gentle maturation. to finish by aging and maturation in barrel. The result is a light, smooth and fruity peat-free whisky.
