- It displays a medium-bodied ruby red color with violet hues.
- The aroma is of fresh fruit, red berries, cherries, and strawberries, intertwined with delicate notes of violets that lend elegance. It also evokes subtle toasted notes of vanilla and caramel.
- With good acidity, medium body, and pleasant, balanced tannins, this wine reveals its characteristic freshness, finesse, and elegance.
Enrique Mendoza began his journey in 1989 in Alicante. He is currently an innovator and revolutionary, who continues to write the history of Alicante wine, mastering all kinds of varieties and conquering the entire world.
Enrique Mendoza initially opted for foreign varieties, but his roots in the territory have made a stop at the native Monastrell variety.
