- Cherry color with bluish edges, with a good layer of color and appears clean and bright.
- It has a medium-high intensity, with fresh notes of blackberry jam and subtle wood notes (vanilla, brioche, roasted and some spices) standing out.
- Dry on the palate, it fills the mouth with a noble tannin that, although noticeable in the mouth, is not aggressive. Balanced in the mouth, it has good persistence and structure.
- Due to its natural production, at first it is a wine that is shy in aromas, once it oxygenates and warms up to temperature the best of it will be expressed.

Bodegas Palacio de Lerma is the result of the winemaking tradition of an entire family for more than a century.
The care of the vineyards, the treading of the grapes, the racking and the love in the production processes have lasted from grandparents to grandchildren.
The manager and owner Ramiro García Arnáiz, grandson of artisanal winemakers, continues this work combining technology and art in the production and aging of wines.
