Descendants of J. Palacios, the winery that Álvaro Palacios and his nephew Ricardo Pérez founded in 1999 in Corullón (León) as a tribute to the father of the former and grandfather of the latter.
As they did in La Rioja and Priorat, where Álvaro Palacios has given birth to some of the most valued wines in the world, the winemaker and his nephew have opted in Bierzo for a traditional, ecological and biodynamic cultivation system in the that one of the main axioms is the continuation of traditional rural practices prior to industrialization and intensive farming
Descendants of J. Palacios, is the first winery in Spain to achieve the 'green emblem' of the Parker Guide.
