- Ripe cherry with garnet rim.
- Intense nose with a predominance of ripe fruit (raspberry, currant), balsamic sensations and a global background with mineral and spicy aromas.
- A fruity, very fresh and easy-drinking wine, tasty, giving way to an exotic spicy finish reminiscent of white pepper.
- Ideal with lightly dressed salads, stews and casseroles, gelatinous meats, pasta, mushrooms, charcuterie, blue and white fish, soft and creamy cheeses, goat cheeses, white and red meats, roast lamb and pork.
