- Bright, greenish yellow color
- Very aromatic, tropical typical of Sauvignon Blanc, pineapple, passion fruit and grapefruit, with a vegetable background of boxwood and freshly cut grass.
- A point of sweetness, compensated with a suitable acidity and a subtle natural carbon dioxide, make Intacta a balanced and not at all cloying wine.

Built in 2002, it is surrounded by its own vineyards. The proximity between the vineyards and the winery allows all the grapes, in their perfect maturity, to arrive, with total integrity, freshly harvested at the production facilities.
