- A wine with great aromatic intensity of white flowers, with herbaceous and white fruit notes (apple, peach and pear). Citric and saline nuances can be appreciated.
- Very broad and fruity on the palate. Good acidity, with a wide attack where its freshness, balance and persistence stand out.
- Long finish.
- All kinds of seafood (especially with barnacles and spider crabs, white fish, octopus, sushi, empanadas and rice dishes.
