Tasting notes
- In the glass it presents a remarkable intensity of layer. Great aromatic complexity with predominance of black fruits, with notes of liquorice and spices. Structured and with great volume that give it good persistence in the mouth.
Consumption and conservation
- Red meats, Iberian sausages, cured cheeses.
- It needs time in the bottle to offer its best qualities. Already from the first year it can begin to be enjoyed, although from the third year after its bottling it will develop even greater complexity and range of nuances.
Manufacturer
Aalto was created in 1998 by Mariano García and Javier Zaccagnini when they decided to combine their professional experience in a wine project within the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.
Aalto's philosophy is to treat human capital as an absolutely decisive factor. A high-quality winery requires dedication that goes beyond the strict field of expertise. The team determines this quality in the project.
