It reflects the character of the Country's ink in a unique terroir: La Finca Aster. The black fruits with aromas typical of aging in French oak define it as a classic and intense Ribera del Duero, whose long aftertaste has been refined in the bottle.

- Deep, intense color, with a clean, bright, deep cherry-black hue and a rich ruby rim.
- Highly complex on the nose, where a blend of ripe black fruits and berry notes mingle with intense aromas from aging: licorice, clove, pepper, and toast.
- On the palate, power is evident, with smooth tannins and a good balance between acidity and alcohol, culminating in a pronounced, long, and complex finish.
- Recommended with appetizers, vegetables, and rice dishes. Poultry and game birds. Fish stews. Aged cheeses. Roast lamb and suckling lamb.

Áster was founded in the year 2000 in Anquix in the heart of Ribera del Duero. Currently, 2,700 French oak barrels rest in its facilities in which the wines destined for Áster Finca El Otero and Áster Crianza are aged before rounding up in silent bottle racks.
