- The aging took place exclusively in new French oak barrels (70%) and the rest in French oak barrels of two wines, for 22 months. This wine was racked three times using the traditional method, from barrel to barrel.

Tasting notes
- High layer cherry red, with a ruby rim.
- Very aromatic, notes of black and red fruits dominate on a background of mocha, toffee, cedar, roasted beans and liquorice.
- In the mouth it is harmonious, powerful, with a high component of very marked sweet tannins. Its permanence in the bottle is providing a broad and elegant aftertaste.
Consumption and conservation
- Meat dishes with a crunchy texture, spicy stews and smoked cheeses, very cured, strong and dry.
