- Intense cherry cherry, with a high layer and clean garnet rim.
- Complex intensity, with ripe fruits, blackberry and currant, spicy notes of tobacco leaf, white pepper, nutmeg and licorice. Mineral memories that give way to fine woods, cedar, mocha and coffee beans with a background of undergrowth.
- Large, tasty and very gastronomic, where the entry is soft and elegant with a meaty center and a friendly and balanced aftertaste, where spicy and balsamic memories return.
- It praises varied dishes such as roasted vegetables, red meats, roast lamb and suckling pig, and typical local cured cheeses.

Áster was founded in the year 2000 in Anquix in the heart of Ribera del Duero. Currently, 2,700 French oak barrels rest in its facilities in which the wines destined for Áster Finca El Otero and Áster Crianza are aged before rounding up in silent bottle racks.
