/ 95% Tempranillo, 3% Garnacha, 2% Albillo / OrganicThis wine is made from a selection of grapes from three of our oldest vineyards, including "El Roble Viejo," over 90 years old, located at 850 meters altitude on soils of stones, sand, and clay. Produced with 80% destemmed grapes, 2-5 days of pre-fermentation maceration, and fermentation in concrete tanks using native yeasts, it is a certified organic and biodynamic wine that captures the essence of its terroir.

- Red and black fruits, earth, liquorice and bay leaves together with mineral sensations, notes of noble and elegant woods.
- Pleasant and seductive with notes of well-structured fruit and floral nuances surrounded by rosemary, thyme, lavender and sage. Soft tannins with important mineral sensations.
- Roast lamb, red meat and fatty fish.
- Storage time of 20 years or more, in perfect conditions of constant temperature (14ºC) and humidity (75-80%).
