The 2020 hand-harvested grapes allowed for a long and undisturbed ripening process, resulting in a balanced and complex wine after 12 months in French oak barrels.
It stands out for its cherry-red color, aromas of fresh red fruit and spicy notes, and a structured and rounded palate with silky tannins.

Tasting notes
- A medium-to-deep wine with a bright, vibrant cherry-red color and violet undertones.
- On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh red fruit (currants, cherries) along with a good balance of oak and fruit, thanks to its extended barrel aging, which imparts spicy, toasty, and balsamic notes.
- On the palate, it is structured and round, with silky tannins that create a perfect balance.
- The finish is long and lingering, leaving an intense aftertaste of red fruit and oak.
Consumption and conservation
- This wine pairs well with a wide range of dishes, including stews, vegetable dishes, rice dishes, fish in sauce, and all types of meat.
