From his office nestled in Paraje de la Nava, Julián dreamed of making unique wines. The best result is this limited harvest wine that pays homage to his person.

- On the nose it is powerful, direct, clean and warm. We discover the purest aromas of the Tempranillo grape, combining fruity aromas with mountain spices and sweet spices. Subtle balsamic and yogurt notes complete the set.
- The palate is round, with a perfect balance between alcohol, acidity and tannin, which predicts an improvement in the wine over the years, as long as it is properly preserved.
- The aftertaste is long and the retronasal falls in love, rediscovering the initial aromas of the olfactory phase, although the pleasant roasted notes of aging in French barrels stand out.
- Roasted suckling lamb, lamb chops, peppers stuffed with cod, lentils, stew, boletus risotto.
- It is recommended to open half an hour before and serve at 15º in a wide glass.
