- Very vivid garnet color of great density and depth with a clean and bright appearance.
- On the nose it presents varietal aromas of ripe red fruit, with a spicy and sweet background, highlighting notes of anise and other herbal infusions.
- Soft entry, medium-high acidity, good persistence where aromas of infusion flowers stand out. Red, balsamic and spicy fruits, clove notes. Balanced, tasty and wide. Good structure and long finish.
- Charcuterie, semi-cured cheeses, blue fish, some white meats.
- A favorable evolution is expected in the bottle for up to 7 years.
- 15-17ºC.
Bodegas Nabal is located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, in the Burgos town of Gumiel de Izán.
Bodegas Nabal produces great wines thanks to selecting quality grapes.
Created by the Navarro Balbás Family, a family with a wine tradition in those lands.
