- Purple red with abundant violet hues.
- It has great aromatic intensity and freshness. It highlights black and red fruit. The background is spicy, with very subtle oak, perfectly integrated into the wine's fruity aromas.
- We find a salinity and acidity that this Torrosillo vineyard always lends itself to. A fleshy wine, with sweet tannins that give it volume. Silky, with a very pleasant mouthfeel.
- Semi-cured cheese, blue fish, and some white meats. Roasted red meats such as lamb. Mushroom and cod dishes. Pasta with tomato sauce. Ideal for tapas with a variety of pinchos.
Bodegas Balbás wines are characterized by their limited production and careful production methods, combining the most innovative techniques with artisanal practices passed down from generation to generation by the family since 1777.
