- Cherry red color, very bright and with a high layer.
- Complex and elegant. Predominantly stewed red fruit and ripe black fruit. Spicy and smoky, and rich in tertiary aromas such as tobacco and chocolate. A wine with a bouquet.
- Silky entry, interesting long-lasting ripe tannins. Very pleasant sensations of ripe fruit, velvety and balsamic. long life ahead.
- Roasts, game and grilled or grilled red meats, such as beef or Iberian pork, stewed with strong vegetables and cured and spicy cheeses.
