/ 50% Maturana Blanca and 50% Tempranillo Blanco. / VeganLímite Norte is a fresh, persistent and balanced white reserve wine from Bodegas Ramón Bilbao, made with native varieties of Tempranillo Blanco and Maturana Blanca from vineyards in the extreme west of Rioja Alta. The aging of this wine on lees in concrete, amphorae and barrels make it a very interesting wine.

- Pale, clean and bright straw yellow color of medium intensity, attenuated by aging and very clean in the still glass.
- Medium intensity, with aromas of citrus fruit (lime peel), fresh stone fruit, notes of white flowers, subtle barrel and tertiary aromas.
- It is fresh, with excellent acidity and pleasant tannins. A white full of harmony, balanced and with a long journey.
- Final armonioso, equilibrado y con largo recorrido.
- White meats, truffled chicken, creamy gorgonzola-type cheeses and fatty fish and kokotxas.
- 10-12ºC.

At Bodegas Ramón Bilbao they adopt a philosophy focused on providing their wines with a personal expression of Rioja Alta, something that is done by revising classic ingredients such as Tempranillo and American wood.
The objective is to define a fresh and elegant style, producing wines with a greater fruit load, in which the grapes express all their character without hiding behind an excess of wood.
