- Ruby color, medium intensity, clean and bright, with the presence of tears.
- Aromas of red fruits and balsamic notes combined with spices such as white pepper.
- Good acidity related to altitude, firm and polished tannins.
- Perfect combination with burrata, oriental-style seasoned meats, also with intense cured meats such as jerky and plump, creamy Stilton-type cheeses.

At Bodegas Ramón Bilbao they adopt a philosophy focused on providing their wines with a personal expression of Rioja Alta, something that is done by revising classic ingredients such as Tempranillo and American wood.
The objective is to define a fresh and elegant style, producing wines with a greater fruit load, in which the grapes express all their character without hiding behind an excess of wood.
