- Bright straw yellow in color, with greenish reflections that hint at its youth and freshness.
- Intense, straightforward, and very expressive. White stone fruits, alongside citrus notes and hints of fennel. An aniseed and balsamic background that lends identity and aromatic depth.
- A fresh and fruity entry, followed by a broad, unctuous, and luscious mid-palate, with remarkable volume and an elegant structure.
- The finish reveals the noble and characteristic bitterness of Verdejo, accompanied by great persistence and a complex and intense retronasal aroma.
- Pairs well with fish, shellfish, seafood rice dishes, ceviches, and Mediterranean or Asian-inspired cuisine. It also goes well with light white meats and vegetable dishes.
