Tasting notes
- Deep cherry-red color, high density, with violet hues at the rim.
- Extremely complex, with a medium intensity but remarkably rich in nuances. It displays an elegant array of aromas of ripe black fruit, accompanied by creamier, sweeter notes from the barrel, and a final touch of spice.
- Very approachable, it stands out for its smoothness, fullness, and voluptuousness throughout its passage across the palate. It is also very complex on the palate, reflecting the excellent ripeness resulting from the low yields of the old vines.

Matsu is the essence of a sustainable viticulture project
The Matsu vineyards are in the D.O. Toro, they are high-quality vineyards between 80 and 100 years old, organically cultivated as traditionally as possible.
Tinta de Toro is obtained from these vineyards, a type of Tempranillo but with its own great personality, highlighting its fineness and aromatic potential. It is a grape that admits a long aging due to its low oxidative level.
