- Brilliant golden yellow with greenish hues.
- Intense aroma of stone fruit (peach) and citrus (grapefruit and pineapple), with vegetable nuances (fennel) and balsamic nuances (laurel), along with a delicate finish of white flowers.
- Smooth, balanced and elegant texture, with a slight bitterness. Very aromatic, powerful and fresh, of great length, intensity, persistence and complexity.
- Dry and long.
- Rice dishes, pasta with creamy sauces, white fish, shellfish, sushi and white meat.
- Excellent evolution of bottled wine, towards more complex tones, where aromas of kerosene, honey, bitter orange rind and dried fruit also emerge, with a fresh mouthfeel full of aromatic sensations.

The A Tapada winery project began in 1985, when the Guitián brothers, led by Ramón, who unfortunately died in a car accident at the end of 1996, approached a vineyard plantation on a family estate, located in the municipality of Rubiá de Valdeorras. .
