Belondrade produces great Verdejos from the D.O. Rueda, more than a wine, is a philosophy, a vision. It is respect for the environment. It is the reasoned work of the vineyard. It is to select the grapes in a meticulous way and then take care of them with care, and it is to develop their own yeasts and then keep the must for almost a year in the barrel and six months in the bottle before putting it on the market.
