- Aromas of sticky toffee pudding and espresso lead.
- On the palate there are notes of lemon curd with golden syrup and underlying flavours of dates, dried fig and muscovado sugar.
- The finish is long and warm with notes of rum and raisin and dark chocolate.
Tomatin was born in 1897 in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, where the production of liqueurs began using the particularly soft water of the area and Scottish barley, then passed through copper stills until obtaining a soft and fruity liqueur that underwent gentle maturation. to finish by aging and maturation in barrel. The result is a light, smooth and fruity peat-free whisky.
