Tasting notes
- It has an attractive cherry red color, bright and bright.
- High intensity aroma, very well formed and defined. First, black fruit, fennel and licorice appear, then memories of butter and burnt wood.
- It is big in the mouth. Fresh and very fruity. It moves slowly through the mouth, marking flavor, giving pleasure.
- Rough sensation at the end, which makes it long and predicts a great bottle.
Consumption and conservation
- To appreciate all its qualities, it is recommended to decant 20 minutes before consumption. Optimum consumption until 2027.
Manufacturer
The Martúe vineyards are located in La Guardia, Toledo, an area with excellent environmental conditions for the production of quality wines. Finca Campo Martuela: With an area of 30 hectares, it was the first land that began to be planted in 1990. The chosen varieties: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Syrah.
VINO DE PAGO is the highest qualification contemplated by Spanish legislation on wine matters, above the Denomination of Origin. The concept of Pago applied to wine refers to a vineyard located in a special enclave, with unique soils and a privileged climate that gives the wine unique qualities. Only fifteen wineries in Spain have this distinction.
