/ TempranilloD1 Mabe is a limited edition signature wine, it is the first wine made by Dani Martínez in his organic vineyard plots between 40 and 60 years old, located at an altitude of 840-870 m.
Dani Mabe has been cultivating and above all taking care of the family vineyards in Quemada (Burgos). This passion led him to become an Agricultural Engineer and graduate in Oenology. After advising several farms and large estates, he spent 6 years at Bodegas Emilio Moro and Cepa 21, becoming Deputy Technical Director and Oenologist, and later another 11 years as Technical Director at Bodegas Dominio de CAIR (Luis Cañas Family). Now comes the time to take the step and make his wine from the plots that he has been tending since he was a child.
