Prepared to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the winery as a tribute to grandfather Doroteo. Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes harvested by hand, grain by grain from a small and appreciated plot of old fine red vines.
Doroteo is a ripe and fresh wine at the same time, a paradox that only the oldest and well-managed vineyards resolve. Aged for 36 months in French oak barrels and at least another 24 months in the bottle, Doroteo is elegant and powerful, an exponent of classicism and long life.

- It is a wine with a beautiful and intense cherry red color.
- It shows clean and powerful aromas of ripe black and red berries (blackberry, cherry and currant), with balsamic (black licorice) and spicy (clove and cinnamon) nuances contributed by the extra-fine grain French oak wood.
- Vibrant and very balanced on the palate. It is fresh, silky, intense and powerful. Tasty, with lively, highly polished tannins and a sensation of depth.
- Pleasant finish, very sensitive and with a long finish.
- Uncork and decant a few hours before consumption. It will evolve positively in the bottle over the next 15 years.

The wine is made in the vineyard, and it is in the vineyard where they put all their effort to express with transparency and honesty the unique personality of the place. Following the best tradition of its origins, vineyard management is meticulous, environmentally conscious and committed to the diversity and richness of ecosystems.
Each vineyard is unique and in each plot they develop a tailor-made viticulture. Tillage depends on the specific conditions of its soils as well as the climatic characteristics of the harvest. In the final section of the cycle, the vineyard is observed and cared for in an exhaustive way to guarantee its health and balance. Selecting the grapes in the field, harvesting by hand and seeking to preserve the maximum typicality and quality.
