Tasting notes
- A very deep magenta color with bluish highlights and ruby tones. It stains the glass and has very persistent legs.
- Intense and complex aromas of fruit and wood, blueberries, blackberries, vanilla, and nutmeg. Hints of pastry and toffee. The elegance of the limestone and stones from the high plateaus of Fuentecén is evident.
- On the palate, it is an intense, profound, and fresh wine. Its very pleasant and persistent entry is noteworthy; a significant amount of lingering notes ensure a long finish.
- On the retronasal, the balance of fruit and oak predominates, conveying elegance and grandeur.
