Tasting notes
- Intense violet-colored layer that underlines its youth and liveliness. Persistent tears.
- Fruity aromatic intensity, ripe black fruit such as cassis, blueberries, blackberries. Subtle notes of red fruit and floral nuances of violet also appear. Light aroma of wood well assembled without overshadowing the ever-present fruit.
- On the palate it is a lively wine, with a very pleasant and balanced entry. Long drink. Good balance of acidity, tannicity and alcohol. In the retronasal phase it again reveals its fruit essence.
